Fiber, antioxidants and omega! This little cup of deliciousness is a great start to the morning and will help you put your best foot forward! It went from there to gone in t-45 seconds when my husband got his hands on it
Ingredients:
In a sealable dish mix thoroughly your matcha power and almond milk. I suggest if you don't have a matcha tea whist that you add an 1/8 of a cup of milk to begin breaking down the pockets of powder. Add the remaining almond milk until consistency is smooth.
Add the remaining ingrediants and mix until even. Place in fridge, after one hour mix the pudding to ensure even consistency and then leave over night.
Serve with fresh fruit in the morning, this is a great start to the day!

- 1 generous tbsp of matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp of agave nectar
- pinch of salt
